Donna was recommended to us as someone who could help us plan our trip, given we were so time poor. Immediately upon meeting Donna, I found her so easy to get along with. Donna always gave us enough options - looking for the best price and requirements for our young family, so we felt organized early, in control of our choices and the cost, from the very beginning. We also received what turned out to be very valuable, practical advice about getting around each city. The app with all our documents and snapshots of the cities and accommodation, was simply the best. As we had little time during our week to do a lot of research, we placed our trust in Donna's skills and experience and were rewarded - I highly recommend Donna to anyone!

Donna booked all our flights and a lot of accommodation on our Christmas/New Year trip to Canada and the USA. Her knowledge of all our destinations was extensive and we found this to be a great help. She was also very contactable throughout the trip via the AXUS app, which was a huge help when we had questions or issues (not many of those thank goodness). Donna’s passion for Africa showed through in all aspects of our planning and travel to Africa. Her first- hand knowledge was fantastic so her recommendations on hotels and safari lodges was amazing. Where do I start? We planned our trip from start to finish with Donna over 6 months for our 5 week trip, we sat down with her right at the start to work out all the places we wanted to go to and make any changes on locations to go to. She was super easy to consult with and made organising this trip a breeze, as she handles everything from flights and accommodation to even booking any tours. I can't rave about her enough. She took the pain out of organising travel and made it super easy for us, and we loved the fact that during the trip we had all the information we needed in the palms of our hands through an app! We will definitely be using her again for our next trip! If you are looking for someone to take the pain out of organising travel, Donna is your woman! Her knowledge on places and where to stay etc. is insane and it means you will never be booked in somewhere that isn't worth the value for money.

This is the second trip that Donna has organized for me and both have been perfect. This year my husband and I went to Italy and Croatia with a cruise from Dubrovnik to Split. It was a fabulous holiday and again, Donna’s incredible knowledge and experience were evident. She organized our day trips also and we had several pleasant surprises along the way, finding our entrance fee had already been paid in advance and at another location, a personal tour included. Donna always provides accommodation recommendations according to your budget and they are always in the best locations.
